Nine Minutes = Healthier Lifestyle
The nine minutes referred to is the length of Dr. Evans’ visual lecture, “23 1/2 Hours”, and if you watch it till the end and follow his sage advice, you may very well change your life…for the better! He lays out a few basics first, none of which are a surprise:
- Eat less
- Drink less
- Smoke less
- Watch cholesterol
- Watch blood pressure
