Music as Medicine, a Concert to Benefit Doctors Without Borders

This was an amazing concert, in which the audience of 150+ was treated to a long list of tunes, from a standard vocal rendition on Summertime, to a jazzy slant on Purple Haze. Of special note was a presentation by Sandra Freiwald on her field service in Liberia.

In support of the many volunteers and employees of Doctors Without Borders around the world, the 12for12k Challenge and Global Patriot proudly present The Alphonse Mouzon Jazz Project along with artist Michael Flohr in a special benefit concert at Anthology, September 3, 2009.
