Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international medical humanitarian organization working in more than 60 countries to assist people whose survival is threatened by armed conflict, epidemics, malnutrition, exclusion from health care, or natural disasters.

The 12for12k Challenge has partnered with Global Patriot for the month of September to benefit Doctors Without Borders, an organization dedicated to saving thousands of lives around the world. This concert is the kickoff event, with festivities also planned in Stockholm, London and Toronto.
